The RCS Training is complimentary for participants
 
 
 We are committed to provide information and continual support to RCS users.  We respond to  queries on 'how to' directly; however, when we receive multiple questions on the same topic, we will post a Training Bulletin to share the knowledge with all users.

RCS is available 24 X 7
 
Maintenance downtime is scheduled for Sunday from 07:00am to 10:00am
 
Notifications of other downtime will be posted at the top of this page 
 
Service Desk Support is available from 8:15am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
RCS is a new service; your input is appreciated and will help improve the service.  Please report all problems, concerns, or suggestions for improvement to the RCS Service Desk:
