PLEASE NOTE: The Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act does not apply to support applications or support
variation applications under the Divorce Act. If you are married to the other party and divorce proceedings have been commenced, or if your
divorce has already been granted by the courts, please contact the Family Law Information Centres for assistance in selecting the correct court
procedure booklet (see our contact information below).
In order to determine which forms you must complete to start your application under the Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act,
