The Adjournment Digital Service allows lawyers, legal assistants and Agents (as defined in Order in Council 334/2003) to request adjournments for initial appearances for Alberta Court of Justice criminal adult matters at any Case Management Office (CMO) location up to seven days prior to the court appearance.
