Effective immediately and until September 4, 2020 the Court will hear remote binding Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs) province-wide for parties represented by Counsel. To schedule a binding JDR, all parties to the action must be represented by Counsel and all Counsel must agree to proceed via Webex video and/or audio. Counsel must also agree that confidential settlement discussions held during the binding JDR will not be recorded. If an agreement is reached, the agreement will be recorded and documented in accordance with the directions of the Justice conducting the JDR.
Priority will be given to binding JDRs that were scheduled for a hearing between March 16 and June 26, 2020 and cancelled pursuant to the Court's Master Orders during the pandemic. Additional priority consideration will also be given to trials scheduled to commence this calendar year.

The JDR/Court Coordinator will respond to a completed JDR Booking Request Form within 3 business days to advise of the status of the booking. To expedite processing, please ensure all contact information, including emails, are accurately included on the JDR Booking Request Form.
Please note there are no JDR bookings in the Fall 2020 schedule, including binding JDRs.
