The Civil Practice Committee on the Court of Queen's Bench is holding a Town Hall Meeting at the Calgary Courts Centre on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in Courtroom 1801 and at the Edmonton Law Courts on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in Courtroom 317.
The Civil Practice Group of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta seeks comments from counsel on how a number of civil practice initiatives are working, and how they might be improved, and will share the Court’s plans for further improvements and clarifications. See the agenda below.
