Amendments to the Divorce Act (Canada) will come into force on March 1, 2021.
Due to the nature of these amendments, and the resulting amendments to the Alberta Rules of Court, the revised forms for divorce proceedings must be used effective March 1, 2021. Forms previously in use will not be accepted for filing after February 26, 2021.
