The Court is proposing to lift the suspension of enforcement of Rules 8.4(3)(a) and 8.5(1)(a) effective January 1, 2019. The Court encourages feedback from the Bar and from the public in advance of the implementation of this proposal. Please see the original Announcement for Consultation below.
