Due to extensive flooding within the building, there is no in-person access today to the Court of Appeal Registry in Calgary located at 2600, 450 - 1st St. S.W.
The Registry continues to provide services and can be contacted by email at Calgary.Registry@albertacourts.ca for filing, search requests and general inquires.
The Edmonton Registry and e-filing are not affected.
Litigants with an e-filing exemption
Litigants who have an e-filing exemption are encouraged to file their documents by email or fax at 403-297-5294.
