The Alberta Court of Justice acknowledges that the Province of Alberta is located on Treaty 4, Treaty 6, Treaty 7, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territory as well as the historical Métis homeland. The Court respects the histories, languages and cultures of the First Nation, the Métis and the Inuit who share a history with the land upon which our court houses are located.
