Filing at the Court of King’s Bench December 23, 2023 to January 1, 2024
The Court of King's Bench Clerk's Office will be closed for Holiday Closure from December 23, 2023 to January 1, 2024 inclusive.
The Clerks’ Office will not be accepting e-mail filing during the Holiday Closure, and similarly courthouses will not be open to allow access to filing drop boxes or the counters. Filing should be provided to the Clerks' office by 4 pm on December 22nd, 2023.
All of the Justice Digital Filing Services will accept eligible filing during the Holiday Closure. Please note: documents will not be processed until January 2, 2024 or later.
Ineligible documents submitted using digital services will be rejected and will need to be re-submitted using e-mail filing.
