Wills and estates law deals with the transition of wealth from one generation to another, the duties of the person chosen to administer a deceased person's estate and the rights of persons intended to receive the assets of that estate. Trusteeship and guardianship deals with the rights and duties of persons appointed by the Court to assist persons with mental or physical challenges in addressing their financial and health care related needs.
