The Court of King’s Bench offers bookings for Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs), ONLY for certain Special JDRs (SPEC), for currently scheduled long civil and family trials, that will be identified by the Court. Permission to schedule a SPEC JDR may only be given by the Chief Justice or an Associate Chief Justice.
Parties who have received permission from the Court to schedule a JDR may do so by completing, in full, the Civil - Justice Seized Booking Request form.
