Adjournment Confirmation Form

Note:

  1. An adjournment request may be submitted by either party to the matter (Applicant or Respondent) 2 days or more before the scheduled date, provided the request is consented to by both parties or service was not effected.
  2. Any requests for adjournment in Regular Civil Chambers made 2 days or less before the scheduled date must be spoken to on the Court record in Chambers.
  3. Any requests for adjournment in Regular Family Chambers made 2 days or less before the scheduled date must be spoken to on the Court record in Chambers.
  4. Any requests for adjournment in Urgent Matters Chambers must be done in person on the day of your appearance.
  5. Any adjournment requests for hearings not listed on this form must be arranged through the Court Coordinator by responding to the Scheduling Confirmation sent to you and the opposing party(ies).
