Court Case Management (CCM) now includes contested receivership applications

Apr 2, 2024

Starting April 1, 2024, all eligible receivership hearing requests must be submitted through the Court Case Management (CCM) digital service. This includes any new (subsequent) hearing requests on already existing Commercial matters in both Calgary and Edmonton.

CCM will continue to be available for eligible commercial matters that commence by way of originating application. All other commercial matter types continue to be booked in the conventional way.

For your booking to be processed, you must submit your confirming letter to the appropriate court coordinator via email within 24 hours of your booking request.

You can access CCM by clicking here

If you need to create an account for CCM, you can find instructions on how to do so here.

Important: Effective April 1, 2024, hearing material for matters on CCM will ONLY be available to the justice through CCM, with the exception of confidential material. If you have confidential material, please inform the court coordinator.

Please note, the CCM service is only available to lawyers in Alberta.
