Processing of Master & Justice Consent Orders by Email

Effective immediately, counsel may submit signed Master and Justice Consent Orders for processing through email. 

Sending an email:

Please ensure all counsel have signed the Consent Order and email the document in an unlocked PDF format to the appropriate court location outlined below.

Please ensure the subject line of each email conforms with the following naming convention:

[AREA OF COURT] CONSENT ORDER (IN CAPS) – File Number – Location
Example:  CIVIL CONSENT ORDER – 2013-123445 - Edmonton

  • CIVIL CONSENT ORDER
  • CRIMINAL CONSENT ORDER
  • SURROGATE CONSENT ORDER
  • BANKRUPTCY CONSENT ORDER
  • DIVORCE CONSENT ORDER
  • ADOPTION CONSENT ORDER
  • FAMILY CONSENT ORDER
  • ACCOUNTING CONSENT ORDER
  • EXHIBIT CONSENT ORDER
  • COMMERCIAL CONSENT ORDER

Processing time and filed dates:

Your document will be reviewed by the clerks office, forwarded to the Master or Justice for electronic signing, and emailed back to you from the clerks office.
