Following the coming into force of amendments to the Criminal Code contained in Bill C-75 (An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and other Acts and to make consequential amendments to other Acts), the Court has added a Release Order Template to the Criminal Forms page. Please use this Order template on a go-forward basis.
Owing to the aforementioned amendments to the Criminal Code, Criminal Practice Note 2 is no longer in effect.
