Edmonton Scheduling Changes - Bail Forfeiture Hearings & Summary Conviction Appeals
Following the implementation of streamlined procedures for Bail Forfeiture Hearings, effective July 1, 2018 in Edmonton, Bail Forfeiture Hearings will be heard once per month on Tuesday afternoons commencing at 2:00 p.m. The following Bail Forfeiture Hearing dates are therefore cancelled in Edmonton:
- July 24, 2018
- August 21, 2018
- September 18, 2018
- October 23, 2018
- November 20, 2018
Starting September 2018 in Edmonton, Summary Conviction Appeals will be scheduled Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m.
