The Canadian Superior Courts Judges Association (CSCJA), which represents nearly all of the federally appointed judges in Canada, has announced the release of a new educational video and YouTube channel entitled Judges in Canada.
The video teaching tool, aimed at new and young Canadians as well as the public in general, illustrates what they are entitled to expect from Judges in Canadian Courts. The video covers principles fundamental to our Justice System; concepts such as Judicial Independence and the Rule of Law.
