With the appointment of the Honourable Mary T. Moreau to the Supreme Court of Canada, effective Friday, November 3, 2023, the duties and functions of the Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta have been delegated to the Acting Chief Justice Ken G. Nielsen.
